Frances and Roy Hay
Frances and Roy Hay, Marnie Haig-Muir and Peter Mewett set up Sports and Editorial Services Australia to provide high quality research, editing and publishing facilities for individuals and organisations in Australia and round the world. Frances Hay was Manager of Editorial Services at Deakin University, Roy Hay and Marnie Haig-Muir were lecturers in the Faculty of Arts at Deakin University and Peter Mewett is a lecturer in the Faculty. They have wide experience in a range of academic disciplines and a strong record of publication.
Roy Hay is a part-time journalist and broadcasts regularly on soccer and contributes to a number of official websites. Full details of his activities are available from: 
Frances Hay has recently edited books for Harper Collins and Melbourne University Press as well as the SESA publications listed on this website. In May 2008 she edited a history of Bethany Community Support and is currently working on The Edinburgh Conspiracy a novel by David Wyllie.
In recent years SESA has acted as consultant for Victoria Police, the City of Melbourne, Heritage Victoria, the City of Greater Dandenong, and a number of individuals. Current projects include a social history of Australian football (soccer). The history of St Joseph's College Geelong is now in print.
Marnie Haig-Muir
Marnie Haig-Muir's personal research interests currently centre on the history of golf and golf administration in Australia, and gender and golf.
The History of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce, written by Roy Hay and G A McLean, edited by Frances Hay and designed by Roy Walshe, and printed by Adams Print, is now available from the Chamber.

A collection of articles on football (soccer) edited by Roy Hay and Bill Murray entitled The World Game Downunderwas published by the Australian Society for Sports History in its ASSH Studies series and was on the shelves in time for the World Cup in Germany. Frances Hay again did the desk editing of this work. Rob Hess oversaw its production as Publications Officer for the Society.
